Refund Policy - The Basics

We want you to be fully satisfied. If you are unhappy with your service:

Please contact us within 24 hours of service for resolution.

We offer re-cleans for missed areas within reason.

Refunds are issued only if a re-clean cannot resolve the issue.

All prepaid and Groupon services are non-refundable once redeemed.
